What is the best Scottish Gin?

What is the best Scottish Gin?

22nd February 2019

With so many flavour profiles available and everyone having a different taste this can be such a subjective question, however from a recent poll, 21% of those who voted, named Isle of Harris Gin as their favourite Scottish Gin for a second year running!

This is a fantastic result for the team at the Isle of Harris Distillery who should rightly be proud that 1 in 5 of the votes cast went to them. They have made an enormous impact on the gin scene with their beautiful bottle and 'Social Distillery' ethos.

The poll, ran by The Scottish Gin Society saw 6435 votes cast in a survey that asked consumers to pick one of the many gins produced in Scotland as their favourite. It is really great to see consumers taking the time to vote for their favourite Scottish Gin with some excellent top ten spots for some of our gin pals. The below link takes you to the poll results:

We were delighted to place 26th, which for us is absolutley fantastic! Considering that at the time of the poll there was 139 Scottish Gins available to buy. We only launched 4 months ago so to even be in the top 50 was really exciting for. We are genuinely over the moon that so many of you, our gin pals took the time to vote for us. It will be interesting to see where we place next year!
